Times: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Location: Leo J. Ryan Park –
roseAdult Coordinator:  Mrs. Teer
Scout Coordinator: Looking for a Volunteer!

Summary:  This is a service event for our chartering organization, The Rotary Club of Foster City.  We strongly  encourage all scouts to participate.  Parents, and Siblings  – we could really use your help as well.

As required by our charter, we will be working with the Rotary Club of Foster City to provide maintenance for the Roses in Leo J. Ryan park.  We will be working with other Rotarian’s to deadhead and remove the leaves on the rose bushes to force them into dormancy.

Wear your class B uniforms, with a long sleeve shirt underneath. Some rose bushes have extremely long and thick thorns.  If you have work gloves please bring them.  Dress appropriately for the weather.

We will meet at the northern entrance to the recreation center for sign in. (Remember if you do not sign in and out, you will not get credit for your service hours)
