The annual Troop week at summer camp takes place in early July up at Camp Wente, just outside of Willits, CA, north of San Francisco. This is a great opportunity for Scouts to get out and have fun swimming, boating, biking, shooting, and doing focused work on merit badges. The camp provides large canvas tents and sleeping platforms, all meals, showers, and a number of facilities focused on Scoutcraft and Scouting-related activities. It’s fun, and a highlight of the troop year.
